The suite was bright, it had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The bed was soft, my stay lasted for 4 nights. The food was exceptional and the location was particularly good.
Though everything was perfect, some of the staff were poor.

The room had everything I needed - a coffee and tea setup, a work desk, and even an iron. 🙌 the hotel sits on a hill with a stunning view.

The Jacarandas lining the path added a touch of color to the serene surroundings. The views from the main house were breathtaking, with the olive trees stretching out as far as the eye could see. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature.
My children wanted a dedicated kids' area with activities and games.

From the moment we arrived at Finca Serena, we were in heaven. The stunning grounds, terraces, and countryside views made for a perfect welcome. Our garden room next to the kitchen garden was peaceful and had its own private terrace. The elegant and beautifully decorated rooms had everything we needed. The spa and gym facilities were great, and the food, both dinner and breakfast, was absolutely delicious. The exceptional service from Laura on the front desk made our stay even more memorable. We can't wait to come back.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We had a blast exploring the beautiful grounds, lined with blooming Jacarandas and olive groves. The island of Mallorca had the perfect climate for us to enjoy a round of golf every day, making it a dream come true for avid golfers like us. The breathtaking views of the Pla de Mallorca, framed by fields of lavender, added an extra touch of magic to our stay. Oh, and the 6th hole in the golf course was legendary - the longest par 5 in Spain!
If there's one thing we wished for, it would be even more vibrant nightlife options for young party-going people like us. While the hotel had a classy and tranquil vibe, we craved for a bit more excitement and fun in the evenings.

Great place to relax and unwind during our weekend stay! The scenery was fantastic, as we enjoyed lovely walks through the beautiful gardens and the spectacular surrounding area. Also, the breakfast was exceptional and the spa treatment very relaxing.
The service was not up to standard for a supposed luxury hotel: staff were not attentive and seemed uninterested in providing their duties, which could have been improved with good hospitality training. Additionally, the WIFI was very slow, and we were uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness in our rooms. Overall we had a mediocre experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including a beautiful spa and outdoor patio with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The cleanliness was also impeccable. We loved the location on a hill, which provided even better views and added to the peaceful atmosphere. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of local products.
Nothing it was perfect.
